Do not try to reach another account. - A confirmed invoice is frozen (NF 525): do not try to edit or delete it. Work on drafts. - On sensitive objects, only safe fields are accepted for writing; the server returns fields\_ignored for the others. Report them to the user instead of retrying. - Download links expire quickly: use them immediately, do not store them. - Before an action with real impact (confirming an invoice, sending an email, recording a payment), restate it and get the user’s approval. ## Acting for a customer or supplier: the company MCP A company using incwo can open a public MCP for its account. If your user is a customer or supplier of that company, they give you the connector address; sign-in uses a one-time code sent to their email. You can then browse the catalog, create a quote, track your user’s documents, download their PDFs, pay a deposit if the company enabled it, and send a message.
