1. Data backup and restore conditions
With Backup Machine, you can secure the backup and recovery of your data.

Every night, after midnight, a backup copy of your data is made. A snapshot of your data is exported and reassembled on a new, isolated database, to enable data restoration on request. This snapshot is stored for 7 days, for fast, priority restoration on request.
So, at your request, our teams can search for data in one of the databases of the last 7 days, and upload it to your production database.
2. Data restoration
From these data tapes, it is possible to retrieve data for a type of incwo ERP object (quotes, invoices, contacts, etc.), corresponding to one of the last 7 days.
For each restoration request, the content tables to be restored will be identified with you. The restoration request is processed within 48 hours, after you and our technical department have validated the content to be restored. Once all the objects and object tables have been validated in writing, via your approval form, the restoration will begin.
Restoration can involve a single software object or several.
Example: the object can be the product catalog. For your items, we'll work with you to validate the tables to be restored. These may include data relating to the following fields: reference, product name, price, price list, VAT, description, compound products, multilingual, stock, batch or serial number, bar code, etc.
If you benefit from the Backup Machine offer, all restoration requests must be sent to incwo support, via the online contact form in your application or on our website.
Specify the initial elements needed to understand the data to be restored and the conditions for deletion or alteration.
3. Backup Machine and restoration rates
Backup Machine subscription is €45 excl. tax/month

MINIMUM 6-MONTH COMMITMENT
In addition to this monthly fee, each data restore costs €95 excl. tax, instead of the quoted recovery cost of €2,500 excl. tax without the Backup Machine offer.
Note
Independently of this app, we make a daily tape backup for our entire platform, which is deported from the server rooms so as to be able to bring the platform back up in the event of a serious incident. Unlike the Backup Machine, this backup cannot be used on a client-by-client basis.
