The rules in brief
All your users can refer
Every user of your incwo account can refer, whatever their permissions. Your subscription just needs to be active.
Any business can be referred
Whatever its legal form, even while being registered, as long as it is not already an incwo subscriber.
Every plan counts
Only the first prepaid 12- or 24-month subscription counts. Monthly subscriptions and renewals are not rewarded.

Who can I refer?
Any business contact in your network!
Whether it’s an employee or a manager you work with, or a friend who is starting a business, already runs one, or works for a company looking for new CRM, invoicing, purchasing or inventory software.
As an incwo ambassador, you refer them: they open their incwo account with your link, and we help them discover the software.
When they take out their first prepaid subscription, our team activates your one-month reward.
Renewals of your referrals’ subscriptions do not earn a new reward: only the first subscription counts.
How many people can I refer?
You can introduce incwo to as many business contacts as you like!
Rewards are, however, limited to 12 referrals a year: only your first 12 subscribed referrals of the year earn a reward, for you and for them.
Do the math: every year, you can earn up to 12 free months of subscription. How about a whole year of incwo for free?
What are the conditions?
Both referrer and referral must be businesses, whatever their legal form. The business may be in the process of being registered or already established.
As a referrer, you must have an active incwo subscription on the date your referral subscribes.
As a referral, you must take out a prepaid subscription of at least 12 months. A referral can only be referred once.
The program applies whatever plan the referral subscribes to.
When are the referrer’s and referral’s free months activated?
As soon as the referral takes out a prepaid subscription of at least 12 months, we activate the reward: one month is added to the referral’s subscription, and one month to the referrer’s.
Can contacts who already subscribe to incwo benefit from the program?
No: the referral program is reserved for new incwo subscribers.
My contact opened an account without my link: can it be linked to me?
Yes, as long as they have not subscribed yet: we can link them to your referral account so you both benefit from the program.
My referral took out a monthly subscription: do I get a reward?
No. The We Love incwo program only applies if the referral takes out a prepaid 12- or 24-month subscription. Monthly subscriptions trigger no reward, neither for the referrer nor for the referral.
Am I rewarded each time my referrals renew?
No. The program only applies to the referral’s first prepaid 12- or 24-month subscription.
Can I track my referrals’ subscriptions?
Yes, in your We Love incwo space: click the heart in the tab bar, then open the “Result” tab. You’ll see the accounts opened with your link and the status of their subscriptions.
Where do I find my referral link?
In your We Love incwo space: click the heart in the tab bar to display your personal link. The “Action” tab gathers the links to share on social media.
Who in my company can refer?
Any incwo user, whatever their permissions and role in the company, can refer their business contacts.
Subscribed referrals are counted at the level of the referrer’s incwo account: the limit of 12 rewarded referrals a year applies to the account, not to each user.
