Backup Machine Free Edition offers you 3 days of backup with data reintegration within 24 to 48 hours, at a preferential rate.

Backup Machine Premium Edition means longer backup and recovery times.

The commitment period for the Backup Machine offer is 6 months minimum.

Can I subscribe to Backup Machine Premium Edition at any time?
Yes, if you have a current monthly subscription, the Backup Machine subscription will be debited at the same time as your next software subscription due date.
If you have a prepaid subscription, the duration of your subscription is recalculated and reduced to take into account the integration of the Backup Machine add-on.
How do I request a restoration?
The request is made in the same way whether you are in Backup Machine Premium Edition 15 days or Backup Machine Free Edition 3 days mode.
Your request should be sent to incwo support, via the online contact form in your application or on our website.
Specify the initial elements needed to understand the data to be restored and the conditions for deletion or alteration.
What are the opening hours for technical support and the handling of requests?
Requests are received and processed from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
How long will it take for the restoration to be completed?
Restore time is the same whether you are using Backup Machine Premium Edition 15 days or Backup Machine Free Edition 3 days.
On support working days. Restoration requests are processed within 48 hours, after you and our technical department have validated the content to be restored.
Am I supported during the restoration phase?
Support is the same whether you are using Backup Machine Premium Edition 15 days or Backup Machine Free Edition 3 days.
Following your restoration request and before reintegrating your data, one of our operators will ask you for the precise tables to be recovered (products, price lists, quotations, etc.).
Once all the objects and object tables have been validated in writing, via your "bon pour accord", the restoration will begin.
Can I choose the date and time of the data to be restored?
With Backup Machine Free Edition, restoration is based on the last 72 hours. The restoration data taken into account are those of the previous 3 days at midnight.
With Backup Machine Premium Edition, restoration is based on the last 15 days. The backup date used for restoration is therefore one of the last 15 days of your choice. The time considered is midnight.
Can I get restoration on certain items only?
Yes, a restore can only involve a single software object, whether you're in Backup Machine Premium Edition 15 days or Backup Machine Free Edition 3 days mode.
For example, the object could be the product catalog. For your items, we'll work with you to validate the tables to be restored. These may include data concerning the following fields: reference, product name, price, price list, VAT, description, compound products, multilingual, stock, batch or serial number, barcode, etc.
