Certification, a guarantee of quality and safety
NF 525 and NF 203 certification guarantee the quality and compliance of a company's management system.
- Compliance with ISO 9001. This is a set of quality requirements aimed in particular at customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with ISO/CEI 25051 standards on test methods and product validation.
- Compliance with legal obligations, in terms of data inalterability, security, conservation and archiving for tax authority control as stipulated in Article 88 of the Finance Act of December 29, 2015.
NF 525 mark
It thus meets the obligation, since January 2018, imposed on all merchants subject to VAT, natural or legal persons, under private or public law, who make use of accounting, management or cash register system software, to equip themselves with a certified cash register solution.
It concerns the "incwo POS" cash register software and certifies the conformity of the cash register system only.
NF 203 mark
This is the standard for sales management.
From quotations to invoices, delivery notes and proformas, NF 203 certification validates the process of creating commercial documents.
It guarantees data traceability, storage, control and archiving of entries, with a view to tax audits.
It also applies to the cash collection and receipt issuing system.
