Start-up assistance is an intervention carried out within a specific framework to help you get up and running quickly.
It comprises 2 phases: a software configuration phase and a start-up assistance phase.

Start-up assistance is not a training course, nor a migration or data integration service.
It is a quick set-up of the working interface to save time for you and your teams. It focuses on the general, standard configuration of the software and does not propose to approach the specific.
As such, it includes the essential parameterization points for invoicing according to standards, for simply monitoring and managing a business, and for analyzing performance.
It doesn't deal with the specifics of connecting to external solutions via APIs, with app settings specific to your needs, with connecting apps to external services (no connection to your bank or e-commerce platform, for example, but we'll show you the dedicated app to find out how).
It also excludes importing your data into incwo, processing feeds or testing the operation of APIs.
It's always a member of the incwo team.
This is usually a person attached to the customer support department who masters the software's entire scope of configuration and functionality.
The intervention lasts 7 hours.
The configuration sequence is carried out first, and takes an average of 3 hours, depending on the elements to be processed.
The training sequence takes around 4 hours.
Start-up assistance can be provided on-site or remotely.
After your first meeting with our expert, we'll determine the best way to proceed.
If you choose the on-site option, travel expenses will be billed in addition.

These 3 possible sessions are linked to the sequencing of the start-up assistance offer.
The parameter-setting sequence is carried out over a half-day of up to 3 hours, and is indivisible.
The Getting Started sequence can be carried out in a single 4-hour session, or split into two sessions on two different days, depending on the availability of our booking schedule.
For the configuration phase, ideally a company manager or administrator with access to sensitive company management, banking and accounting data.
