Our servers are redundant
Our server infrastructure is high-availability. Everything is redundant: application front-ends and databases. An element breaks down? It's automatically ejected from the pool and service continues. If we sleep well, you sleep well.
Your data is confidential and hosted in France
Your e-mail address and data are never passed on to third parties or sold. They are used exclusively for the service, to offer you features related to your needs, or to provide customer support.
Your data is saved
Every night, your data is backed up on tapes and physically moved. A rotation is performed to preserve the history:
- Daily data from D to D-15
- Data from the 1st day of the current month (M)
- Data from the 1st day of month M-1
- Data from the 1st day of month M-2
Complies with DGI guidelines
In compliance with French tax regulations, your data is securely archived directly from your software. Once created, your documents are saved on a computer and can be consulted at any time, independently of your management software.
