Use the"intervention order templates" app to quickly generate an intervention order!
Compose a list of work order templates to create a new work order in just one click, with a list of items and pre-filled commercial conditions. Simply add the contact's name and address to send a document to your customers in less than a minute.
Activating the app adds a new function allowing you to :
- create intervention order templates
- manage your list of work order templates
- create a customer service order from a template.
There are two ways to create a work order template:
- From the "app home" page. Click on the "New order template" button. List your items and quantities, and fill in the parameters of your Service Order. The voucher's title and subtitle will be the template's identifiers: make sure you fill in these fields correctly.
- From an existing work order. Turn an existing work order into a template! To do this, click on the "Create a template" link on a customer work order you wish to transform into a template work order. A page appears with the title and subtitle of your template. Confirm the information to create your template.
You can then generate a new work order:
- From the list of models, using the "make a work order" links on each model. Then call up the customer's name to integrate their details into the order.
- From a contact, a company or a case, by clicking on the "Make a work order" link. An intermediate page will be displayed to enable selection of the template and generation of the customer copy.
