Would you like to bill the paying establishment while indicating the name of the beneficiary on the invoice?
With the "Third-party beneficiary" app, indicate the name of the beneficiary on your invoices!
For invoices paid by a financial institution, insurance fund, subsidy fund, state institution or local authority on behalf of a third party, this app allows you to include the name of the beneficiary on the invoice sent to the organization.
Activating this app enhances the billing module and adds :
- A new type of invoice to be created, via a "New invoice with third party" button, to generate invoices with a third-party beneficiary.
- A "third-party beneficiary" field on this new type of invoice, to select the beneficiary of the product or service invoiced.
- The presence of the beneficiary on the PDF of the invoice
Adding a third-party beneficiary is done in the same way as adding any contact to an invoice. Simply call up the contact by name, then select their address to add them to the invoice.
