Would you like to see at a glance whether your stock has been issued on an invoice or delivery note?
With the"Stock Verification" app, activate a stock release indicator on your sales documents.
Find information on the status of the stock movement associated with your document in list mode for delivery or intervention orders, as well as invoices and purchase orders.
Activation of the app adds an indicator of the status of stock issued on the part, based on the quantities of items present in the document.
On each invoice, delivery note, work order and supplier purchase order, in list mode, you'll find the following information, for example:
- 0/6 issued: indicates that no item out of the 6 quantities invoiced or delivered has been issued from stock.
- 2/6 issued: indicates that 2 items out of the 6 quantities invoiced or delivered have been issued from stock.
- 6/6 issued: indicates that 6 items out of the 6 quantities invoiced or delivered have been issued from stock.
