With the "Load Management" app, manage a loading address and display it on PDFs of your commercial documents.
This app gives you a new box on the PDF of quotations, order confirmations or delivery notes to integrate the loading address of goods into your sales documents.
Installing the app lets you manage another type of address for your business documents: the "Loading Address".
This app adds :
- A "setting" on the app to define the commercial documents on which to display a "loading address".
- A new "Loading address" field on commercial documents designated by the app setting to enter the address
- A new "Loading address" block on PDFs of sales documents (quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, supplier purchase orders).
- A new type of address classification on third-party records: Loading address
The selection of an address for this "Loading address" field in sales documents is automatically displayed in the printed PDF versions of each sales document.
As with any address added to commercial documents, the "Loading address" field can be :
- Created from the sales document, with the name of the third party and added to the contact and company database
- Modified from the sales document and taken into account in the third-party record
- Filled in automatically with the address registered on the third-party record
- Selected via a drop-down menu if the third party has more than one loading address
- Displayed on the sales document in the software view
The third party and its loading address are retained during the transformation of commercial documents, for those defined as displaying this data.
This app is compatible with the "third-party beneficiaries" app.
