Would you like to print a document for your customers to use in the event of a product return?
Use the "Print return slips" app to send the customer a return slip for merchandise.
This document lists your delivered products to enable your customer to prepare his return.
When returning goods, your customer simply completes the voucher, indicating the quantities returned and the return date.
Save time in the management of your returned goods by organizing and planning the management and traceability of your products.
By activating the "Print returns" app, you can edit a new PDF document from the "Delivery note" menu in the "Sales" tab.
On a delivery note, the shortcut block contains a new print format: the "print a returns note" link lets you generate a customer returns note.
This voucher features :
- reference to the original delivery note
- list of products delivered, but without quantity
- your delivery address
- the address of the customer returning the part to you
The return date and quantities must be completed by the customer.
Once the product(s) have been returned to your company, you can record the stock entry corresponding to the return on the delivery note. A "Returned goods" link is available in the shortcut block of your delivery note to materialize this entry.
