Register your customer and supplier returns with the"Returns" app
Easily add or remove products from your inventory, whether they're after-sales returns, order errors, product replacements or credit recoveries.
Activating the app adds a new"return goods" menu to the shortcut block of:
- Bills
- Assets
- Supplier purchase orders
Clicking on this link takes you to a new page, where you can reinstate products taken back from a sale, or return them to the supplier on an order.
On the returns page, select :
- Quantities per item returned
- The warehouse affected by the movement
- Batch or serial numbers taken back by you or returned to the supplier
On validation, the stock is automatically updated.
