Do you manage your inventory and need to track the stock of your products with customers or suppliers?
With the External Warehouse Management app, keep track of inventory in third-party warehouses you don't manage.
List these third-party warehouses, and add entries, exits or inventories for each one.
Activating the app adds a "Third-party external stocks for this product" block to each product page. In this block, a menu allows you to perform several actions:
- Add a new third-party warehouse: select a third party, and specify whether this external warehouse contains only this product, or all the products in the catalog. Confirm, and the warehouse is created and added to the menu, making it selectable.
- View a third-party warehouse: select an external third-party warehouse you have created, and a new area will appear showing the movements made in this warehouse.
- Record movements: when you are in a third-party external warehouse, you can enter an entry, an exit or an inventory.
Stock movements from external warehouses do not, of course, impact your internal stocks of these products. They are not taken into account in your totals.
