With the"Stock alert by warehouse" app, you can manage the alert level of your stocks in each storage area! Identify your precise order requirements and delivery options.
The "Alert stock by warehouse" app lets you define the alert stock level for each warehouse, and track product volumes in each storage space.
Activating the"Alert stock by warehouse" app enriches the product sheet by adding the following new elements to the"alert stock" field:
- Entry of alert stock for each warehouse registered in the application
- Stock level view and comparison with designated alert level
When the alert level is exceeded, the stock level is shown in red, preceded by an attention symbol in the form of a yellow triangle.
To enter your storage areas, called"warehouses" in the application, go to the"Stocks" menu in the"Purchasing" tab. In the shortcut block at the top left is a link to "Warehouses".
Define and list your warehouses on this page. They will then be automatically suggested on each product sheet.
