Once this application has been installed, a new page is available for creating new document entry interfaces.
To access it, go to the app and click on "Home", or on the "Sales" menu, then "Touch document entry", then "New link". You can send it by e-mail or SMS, and the person receiving the link can enter products, which will be added to a document on your virtual desktop.
Get a touch input link
On the "New link" page, fill in the details of the desired entry.
- Actions to be validated: indicate the document that will be created by the input validation once touch input has been completed. Estimate, Invoice, BL, etc.
- User to notify: select the user who will be notified when a document has been entered. The message sent will contain a direct link to the document.
- Third party: if the documents to be obtained are linked to a third party, enter it here. If you do not enter a third party, the documents will have no third party. Documents with a third party will directly use the rates negotiated by this customer.
- Product category selection: touch input is organized on the screen by product category. Choose a selection of product categories, created from the "Product categories" page, by selecting categories and then adding them to a selection using the orange floating button. If you have 4 categories in your selection, touch input will open on these 4 categories, then the operator can enter a category to add products.
- Key size: small, large, elongated, the choice is yours
- Public / Private visibility: if the link is public, the touch input interface will be available without requiring access to your virtual desktop, and will be displayed in full-screen, responsive mode. Perfect for sending on a smartphone, tablet or ecren. If the link is private, it will be displayed in your virtual office interface, and will therefore require access.
Validate your entry, and a new section appears on the page, with your link to click and copy-paste, depending on your needs.
What to do with the link?
You can use this link in many ways, both internally and externally.
- A salesperson on the move can use it to quickly enter customers' products. A link will be generated for each customer, with their product categories, and the link will be attached to each appointment in the diary. It's so easy!
- A customer can place an order directly with you via a link you provide. He'll get his negotiated rates directly. The order arrives directly in your virtual office, so you don't have to do anything - the customer does all the typing. Time-saving!
- A customer can directly enter price requests for you
- At the end of the day, an employee could enter his production order directly on his cell phone to take stock of what has been achieved.
