Want to quickly identify your hot prospects?
With the "Lead Scoring" app, qualify a lead's maturity by assigning it a score!
This score is defined according to various criteria specific to your sales process and prospecting actions.
The higher the score, the more likely your prospect is to be converted into a buyer.
Activating the :
- Adds a "score" field to contacts and companies in your application, to determine a contact maturity score
- Features a setting to add a query by score to your directory's search box
1. Score entry
Enter the score you'd like to give your prospect, based on the actions he or she has taken towards your company (e.g. filling in a form, requesting a quote, reading an email, responding to a promotional message, reading an online guide, calling your hotline, etc.).
For each action taken by your contact, add performance points and increase his or her score. This score reflects the prospect's maturity, i.e. their ability to become a customer.
Each company defines its own scale and criteria for earning or losing points.
This scoring enables you to track the progress of your prospects through the sales cycle, or to select prospects with high scores to prioritize your follow-ups.
2. Search by score
To have a search filter by rating, activate the app setting "Add to contact search".
This setting adds a no-score search criterion to the query field of your contact directory.
