With the "Aircall telephony" app, integrate your telephony into incwo
Make calls directly from the contact record in incwo. You can be notified of calls and add reports in just a few clicks.
Installing the :
- Activate phone numbers on incwo
- Aircall calls directly from incwo
- Retrieves a record for each incoming call
1. Configure Aircall
To configure the link between Aircall and incwo, go to your Aircall account.
In the aircall "configuration" menu,
- Enter the "Integrations with other services" section
- Click on "Add a configuration
- Select "webhook" from the integration options drop-down menu
- Enter the following url: https://www.incwo.com/webservice/aircall/NUMERO APPLICATION ID
Your application's ID number is the first series of digits displayed in your application's url.
We'll send you this information on request.
Once these settings have been made, you can start and receive calls.
2. Initiate a call
The click-to-call function is activated by the Aircall integration in incwo.
You can launch a call from any phone number in the application's objects, such as :
- Contact/company sheet
- Campaign
- Commercial documents: quotations, invoices, BL, BI, BDC, etc.
To initiate a call, click on a telephone number. A new page appears: the call record.
It contains some contact information about the customer and, at the end of the conversation, allows you to :
- Write call reports directly
- Plan the next action to be taken
This page also displays the third party and its other phones, so you can try them out one after the other if the first is unsuccessful.
3. Data sheet feedback
Every incoming call to Aircall will be notified to incwo. The user who will be able to retrieve records is the one whose incwo user account e-mail is the same as the Aircall user account e-mail.
The incoming call will be notified by a push notification on all open incwo pages of the account concerned. Clicking on this notification will display the call record.
4. Call log
By installing the "telephony logs" app, you can view all calls made or received via Aircall and their duration.
