GUIDE : FIND YOUR KEYYO LOGIN AND PASSWORD

Where can I find the Keyyo username and password corresponding to your line?

  • Log in to your Keyyo account
  • Go to your line and click on the line's "Configure" onget.
  • Then click on "Associate a device".
  • In the window below, click on "Equipment type:".
  • Select "other".
  • Then click on "Show password".

You can then copy your password and paste it into the incwo line configuration page.

GUIDE : ACTIVATE KEYYO API

To pair your phone with an external service like incwo, you need to activate the Keyyo API.

To do this:

  • Go to the "Manage" menu of your Keyyo account, then display "Your lines".
  • On the line, click on the "Configure" tab
  • In the "Advanced settings" section of the line, click on the "CTI" submenu.
  • On this page, check the "Api Keyyo" box (leave the url and regexp fields blank).

Once your settings are complete, you can start calling your contacts from your management software.

If you wish to receive incoming calls, follow the additional instructions on the settings page.

2. Start a call

Go to a contact sheet and click on a phone number.

A new page appears, the call form.

It contains some contact information about the customer and, at the end of the conversation, allows you to :

  • Write call reports directly
  • Plan the next action to be taken.

This page also displays the third party and its other phones, so you can try them out one after the other if the first is unsuccessful.

3. Put you in touch with your contact

When you launch the call, your phone rings (physical phone or Keyyo Phone softphone).

Answer this call to confirm, and the call to your correspondent is launched.

4. Number format for initiating calls

To launch calls, they must be entered into the application in international format.

Save numbers in +33123456789 format, not 01 23 45 67 89.

5. Incoming call reception

Once your "incoming calls" settings have been made, you'll be notified by a push alert of any incwo pages opened. The third party's information will be displayed, and you'll have one-click access to the call record.
