With the "GlobalG.A.P. Certification" app, display the GlobalGap certification number for each certified producer and product line.
Simply identify whether products on the market are GlobalGap-certified, and record the producer's certificate number.
Installing the app adds new elements to the software to enable the management and traceability of GlobalGap-certified products.
1. GlobalGap certificate registration
Go to a supplier's company file to record the certificate number
- On each third-party supplier, a "GlobalGap certification no." field: to record the producer's certificate number.
- On each third-party supplier, a date field for entering the certification expiry date.
Designate certified products directly on your catalog item sheets.
- On each product, a "GlobalGap certified" field allows you to indicate whether your product is certified: Yes / No
When the item is called up in a quotation or invoice, the certifcat number is added to the PDF of the sales documents.
2. Display of certifcat on commercial documents
In each quote or invoice containing a product with the value "GlobalGap Certified", the value of the supplier's "GlobalGap certification no." and "certification end date" are displayed in the software.
Similarly, on PDFs of sales documents sent to customers, in each line containing a product with a "gGlobalGap certified" value, the value "GlobalGap certification no." + the "certification end date" are automatically entered.
3. GlobalGap certificate tracking
A new certificate traceability indicator is displayed on third-party records and on the product line of commercial documents, where the producer's GlobalGap" certification number is also displayed.
The indicator is represented by a colored dot:
- rouge = la date de fin de certification < date du jour (échéance de fin dépassée)
- orange = certification end date is less than 6 weeks away (end date approaching)
- green = certification end date is more than 6 weeks away (distant end date)
