Organize your products by batch in sales documents

With the "Batch product organization" app, create sets of products to be displayed on your quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices...

Open and close batch contents and organize your item lines into folders!

App activation adds new batch function to commercial documents

1. Create a batch line

 To designate and add a new batch to an estimate or invoice, in the document's product block :

  • Select the "Lot" line type
  • Name the batch
  • Add a description if necessary
  • Confirm the line to insert it in your document

You can then integrate items into the batch, grouping them together and associating them with a phase or part of the estimate or invoice file.
Each time you add a product to the sales document, select the batch name from the dedicated drop-down menu.

2. Show/hide Batch contents

The app lets you hide or show the contents of products in the batch, on the application's web interface.

Under the batch name, click on : 

  • Close to hide the contents of the Batch
  • Open to display the contents of the Batch
