The app lets you translate your product names and descriptions into English and Spanish, then integrate your items into your quotes and invoices in the language of your choice.
Activating the app adds two new input boxes to your product sheets:
- Reference and name
- Description
These new boxes allow you to enter the name and description of the product in :
- English
- Spanish
Combined with the Document Multilingual app, this allows you to send quotes and invoices entirely in English or Spanish.
To do so,
- Choose your language in the sales literature print settings.
- Call up your products by name or reference: they will automatically be displayed in the "invoiced products" block in the language of your choice.
- Edit the PDF or send it to your customer: the product language will be that designated in the document parameters.
