Do you manage separate product price lists for your direct customers and distributors?
Would you like to save your standard and distributor prices on product sheets and automatically apply them to your invoices, depending on the recipient?
With the"Distributor pricing" app, in addition to the standard price, you can indicate the price applied to your distributor network on your product sheets. Then select this rate on your quotations and invoices.

Activating the"Distributor rates" app automatically adds the following elements to your application:
- On the product sheets in your product catalog: a"Distributor price" field, to indicate the price applied to distributors for your product.
- On quotations and invoices : a"Pricing" field to select the price to be applied to all products added to your document.
The "pricing" field is included in the quote and invoice parameters, i.e. on the first page of the quote or invoice.
A drop-down menu gives you two pricing options to choose from:
- End customer : to apply the standard price
- Distributor: to apply the distributor rate
When you then call up your products in the quote or invoice, if you have selected the "distributor" pricing mode, the default price applied will be the distributor rate.
