With the"Product numbering" app, automatically assign a number to your products!
Configure the format of your item reference numbers. Any new item added to your application will then have a unique reference number.
Activating the " Product Numbering" app allows you to automatically add a reference number, i.e. an identifying number, to each of your new items.
Once the app has been activated, you can dial the format of your number.
To do this, go to the app's "Home" page. Select the combination of figures that will make up the item number format
- Number of digits for the index: 3, 4 or 5 digits
- Temporal identifiers, if you want to display the year, month and day in your issue.
All your new products added to the application will then be automatically numbered on registration of the product sheet. In this case, you don't need to enter anything in the item "reference" field.
