Would you like to send your product catalog in PDF format to your customers? Do you manage inventory and want to make it easier to take stock in your store or warehouse?
Install the "Product Catalog to PDF" app, and generate a PDF file of your products, including photos and information of your choice.
By activating the app, you can make a selection of product sheets and then generate a PDF with a table of products.
1. Export data configuration
Go to the "Settings" tab of the app.
Choose the content of the product data to be exported by indicating "yes" or "no" for the following content options:
- Display a photo column
- Display a stock column
- Display a barcode column
- Display a price excluding VAT column
- Display a price column including VAT
Once this setting has been made, the application will allow you to export lists of products from your catalog with the designated columns in the PDF.
Note that the product reference and brand (if installed) are automatically included in the designation of each product line.
2. Generate product selection export
The export function requires the "batch processing" app. Check that this app is installed on your application.
To export the PDF of your product list, go to the "product catalog" menu.
- Select the products you wish to export. Tick the products and add them to a new selection.
- Enter your selection
- Create a job of type "Export PDF of selection".
- Select "product list" format
You'll get a list of the items in the selection with image and content column as set on the app. The result is sent to you by e-mail.
3. Printing a third-party catalog
Go to the third-party file, where you'll find a "Print catalog" link in the shortcut block. This link takes you to a page where you can choose the selection of products to be printed, and enter various configuration information: title, format, etc.
