With the Default Quantities app, create your product files with the default invoiced quantity.
Enter the quantity invoiced for the item on your product sheets, and automatically find this quantity applied to your items added to your quotes or invoices.
Activating the app adds a new"Quantity" field to your product sheets.
In this field enter :
- the quantity to be applied, by default, when your item is added to a quotation: the price is then automatically calculated on the basis of the unit selling price of the product/service mentioned on your product sheet
- The second quantity if you have installed the "Double quantities" app.
Once these elements have been recorded in your product file, call up the item in an invoice or quote, and the default quantity will be taken into account when calculating the total amount of your product line.
