With the"Barcode Scan" app, add your items by scanning them with a handheld scanner.
Activating the app adds a new "Scan barcodes" link to your sales documents, in the product block on quotations, invoices, delivery notes, etc.
Clicking on this link opens a window allowing you to add your items by scanning your barcodes.
- Position yourself in the scan field
- Scan your barcode with the handheld scanner
- Add. Adding is automatic if your hand shower is set to do so.
- Scan as many items as required, one after the other. The product list is displayed.
- Click on "Finish" to validate the content and add it to your sales document.
If you scan several identical items, they are automatically grouped together on the same line, and the quantity indicated.
All that's left to do is print or send your document to your customer!
