Are you looking for a solution to track your freelance orders and prepare freelance payments?
The "freelancers" application lets you easily manage this profile, place your freelance orders, track freelance deliveries, and view monthly remuneration for delivered articles.
Activating the"freelancers" application adds the following elements to your management application:
- Adding"freelance" employees to the personnel register
- Order entry for freelancers
- Tracking of freelance deliveries, from the freelancer's record in the personnel register
To add a "freelance" collaborator, go to the"staff register" menu,"team" tab, and you'll find a button for adding freelancers. Start by adding freelancers, so you can manage freelance orders and track their delivery.
To place a freelance order, go to the"Purchase orders" menu. As order recipients, you can add a freelancer's name and contact details. By typing the first few letters of the name, you'll be prompted to select the freelancer concerned, along with his or her address. Then, in the body of the order form, add the freelancers ordered, as well as the rates for each freelancer.
The application lets you send your order to the freelancer by email, then track the delivery of each freelance from the"order tracking" menu (purchase tab).
To obtain a view of the freelance work delivered by each freelancer, go to the"staff register". For each freelancer, a link to " see his deliveries" gives you a summary view of the orders received by this freelancer, with the title, the value of the freelance and the order reference.
