Install the Rooms app and you'll discover a new way of understanding proximity in these remote working conditions.
Activating this app adds the notion of "Rooms" to every incwo page, displayed floating at the bottom left of your screen.
With Rooms, every incwo page is considered a room in which you work. Do you go to invoice F2021-123 for customer ADA? It's a room, and your presence in it is recorded. As a result, the presence of your colleagues is noted too, even if they're working remotely.
So, on our invoice, if three employees have recently been there, you'll see their icon and the number of minutes elapsed since they were last there.
This applies to objects, lists, home pages, etc.
You'll be amazed at how simple this feature is, and after just a few days of use, it's hard to get enough!
