You're recruiting and would like to publish your job offers on a page of your website?
With the"Recruitment on the Web" app, generate a url for your ads and embed it as an iframe on your website.
Future candidates view your ad online and apply from your site. You receive applications directly in your application.
Activating the app adds a new field to job offers:"Offer publication".
For this field, if the selection is"YES", when the job offer is validated, the application triggers the creation of a web link associated with the job offer created.
This web link can be inserted into your website via an iframe.
The web page displayed on your site contains :
- Your complete advertisement to enable candidates to view the job description and details of the profile and skills required.
- A"Apply" button, to enable candidates to send you their cover letters and CVs.
Collected applications are automatically added to the application, in the "application" menu, and linked to the advert.
The job offer is accessible on your site on the opening dates of the ad and will then disappear. It therefore takes into account the dates entered for the fields: Opening date and Closing date.
You can also :
- Enter a"Thank you message", which will be visible to candidates who have applied on your site.
- Create a"Jobs" section, if you need a page to list all the ads you offer.
On this app, you can set user access rights to online offer management.
