With the"Gestion de temps consultants" app, you can simplify and speed up the entry of consultants' timesheets by case, and obtain a control document for your customer to sign.
Link consultants to their jobs, so that each employee allocates his or her time only to the jobs with which he or she is associated, while taking into account any days of absence (vacations, days not worked) scheduled in the application.
Quickly enter times by case, via a grid featuring a checkbox system, by half-day, and shortcuts for assigning a period to the same case with a single click.

Activating the app integrates a new timesheet entry mode into your application, allowing you to record your time spent via a monthly table.
Each employee's timesheets can be entered from the "Timesheets" menu in the "You" tab, and the manager can access all timesheets from the "Team" tab.
The table begins with a search box that displays the timesheet to be completed, checked or printed. To view, check and validate a timesheet, select the month and the employee, then click on search.
1. Enter a monthly timesheet
In the timesheets module, a grid is displayed for each employee, listing the jobs for which he or she is designated as manager, follower or project manager. In this way, each member of staff can only view the jobs assigned to him/her, and can only enter time on his/her own active jobs for the month currently being entered. Make sure you have indicated the start and end dates for each job in the "Display budget information" zone. These dates determine the active phase of the business.
The time entry unit is the half-day.
In the timesheet table, you can :
- Check off the two half-days assigned to a case or assignment each day.
- Click on the letter M (morning), A ( afternoon) or J ( day) to the right of the case name, to assign all the mornings, afternoonsor whole daysof the month in a single click.
- View absences
The monthly timesheet grid includes an "absences" line. It displays the employee's validated days off, and the non-worked days recorded in the application from the "non-worked days" module.
2. Submit and validate time sheet
Once you've entered your menuel timesheet table, a link is displayed to allow you to submit the timesheet.
The app offers automatic control of the timesheets that can be submitted. For example:
- If you have less than two half-days entered in a day, the application displays an alert and does not offer the option of submitting the timesheet.
- If you have entered the same half-day for a period of absence and a project, the application blocks the possibility of submitting the timesheet, and alerts you to the entry error. The grid switches to "invalid" mode, allowing you to correct it.
- If you have entered more than two half-days on the same day, the application will ask you to check that this information is to be retained before submitting your timesheet.
Time sheets submitted by consultants can then be validated and archived by management.
3. Edit timesheet PDFs for signature
This app enables timesheets to be printed, by the customer's business, in a PDF format configured to be signed and validated with the customer.
Timesheets whose status is validated have a "PDF" link for printing a PDF file containing, for each case, a page containing :
- Name of case and speaker
- The month concerned
- Customer name and contact details
- Time spent per employee on the project, per day
- A signature block for the employee
- A signature block for the customer, if you want to use it for customer validation and control.
- A comments area to add notes related to the time spent on the mission.
- Your company details in the footer and your logo in the header

A consultant can automatically add his signature to the PDF time sheets for his jobs.
To do this, activate the "scanned signature" app and invite each consultant to add, from the "your profile" menu in the "you" tab, an image file of their signature, selecting "scanned signature" as the type. It will then be automatically included in the PDF of the consultant's timesheets.
