With the "Interview organization" app, schedule interviews for each candidate with the person(s) involved in the recruitment process.
Activating the app adds the following elements:
1. In the list of candidates, on each candidate: a link"organize interviews".
It allows you to schedule a series of interviews:
- Select the person(s) with whom the candidate will be interviewing in succession, then confirm.
- Upon validation, the first interviewer will receive an email with the information needed to organize the interview.
- If you have several interviewers, each interviewer will receive an e-mail asking them to proceed with the interview. The e-mail will be sent once theprevious interviewer has validated the candidate.
2. In the file of each candidate having interviews to schedule with several people, the possibility of :
- Notify the interviewer
- Ask the interviewer to reschedule the interview
3. For each interview in your list, you can select the person who conducted the interview.
The interviewer can be :
- A person who is a member of the application, i.e. has a user account with access to the application and candidate data...
- A non-member of the application. In this case, the email notifying the interview will contain a specific link to enable the non-member to record the candidate's interview and fill in the assessment form, even if he or she does not have an account for the application.
