The"Team" application adds a new tab to your application, named "Team".
This new tab contains the following menus:
- Personnel register : to keep the compulsory document that is the personnel register
- Salary preparation : to record each month the value of salaries received by each employee, and indicate the fixed, variable and bonus values.
- Expense reports : find and validate expense reports for each employee, and track reimbursements
- Timesheets : to keep track of the time worked on each case or customer, and to be able to re-invoice them to the customer.
- Leave requests : accept and monitor your employees' requests for leave, RTT, special leave or unpaid leave.
- Job offers: to write your job offers
- Candidates: track applications for the positions you offer
- Interviews: to produce reports, keep an objective overview of each candidate, and help you in your selection process.
1. Payroll preparation
The"Equipe" application helps you to prepare pay slips, thanks to the"salary preparation" module.
This module can be accessed by your accountant, who will be able to retrieve the information entered each month and convert it into a salary slip, which he will then edit and send to you.
The salary preparation module enables you to complete the following for each employee:
- the month
- fixed salary
- bonuses
- the number of luncheon vouchers
- transportation costs
- days of leave or absence
- mutual insurance coverage
- the date if you arrived or left within the month
To prepare a payroll for one of your employees, he or she must be recorded in the personnel register.
The personnel register is a mandatory company document. This document must be available and regularly updated for any company with employees, and must contain relevant information on the activity of each person employed in the company.
2. Expense reports, time sheets, vacation requests
The"Team" application enables you to manage "expense reports", "timesheets" and "vacation requests", month by month, for each employee.
The expense report module enables you to :
- create expense reports for each employee
- identify the month of expenditure and the employee concerned
- enter expense lines, specifying: date, type (choose from a list: mileage, catering, transport, documentation, etc.) and amount
- attach charges to a sales file or project code
- attach receipts by scanning your invoices and adding them as an attachment to your expense report
- validate expense claims and process reimbursements
- re-invoice costs to a customer.
The timesheets module allows you to :
- create timesheets for each employee
- select your unit: hour or half-day
- add your achievements and future working hours
- relate time spent to a business case or project
- insert comments
- view the distribution of time spent on the agenda
- validate time sheets
- re-invoice a customer for time spent
The leave request module allows you to designate :
- date of first and last day of vacation
- the number of working days that should be worked
- type of leave: paid leave, RTT, unpaid leave, sick leave, etc.
- reason (optional)
3. Job offers and recruitment
The "Team" application enables you to manage your job offers, candidates and interviews.
"Job offers" helps you build and structure your company's current job and internship offers.
"Candidates" enables you to save and retrieve the list of people who have applied for your job vacancies, together with their CVs and covering letters
"Interviews" is a module for recording the minutes of your job interviews, so that you can compare qualitative and quantitative criteria for each candidate, whether for a position or an internship.
