With the "Presence" app, find a presence or absence indicator on the application's user thumbnails.
Very useful, for remote teams to identify a colleague's availability and work on a project!
Installing the "presence" app adds a colored dot to the user thumbnails in the software.
The presence indicator
Activating the app adds a colored dot to the thumbnails corresponding to each user, in several display areas of the software:
- on the application home page, in the left-hand block
- on the "User accounts" page in the "Configuration" tab
- on the internal conversation block of objects, if you are a participant. Ex: Ticket, "note" tab of contacts, business, estimate, invoice, etc.
Each color is an indicator of presence or absence.
Tablet colors
Presence level is determined by the employee's activity on the software.
This is linked to the current usage, whose time stamp is defined by the last action performed on an object. (example: loading a page, adding a comment, a task, an event, clicking on buttons, etc.).
The colors of the activity tags are as follows:
- Blue: Absence linked to leave requested and validated via the "leave request" menu in the "Team" tab.
- Vert clair : actif avec dernière action < à 2 mn
- Vert foncé : actif avec dernière action < à 15 mn
- Gris : inactif avec dernière action < à 90 mn
