With the"Leave duration" app, absence duration is automatically calculated on leave requests.
Your employees no longer have to enter this information manually: the calculation is automatic!
You will then find this information on the wage preparation sheet.
Weekends and public holidays or days not worked defined via the "days not worked" app are taken into account to automate this calculation. A detailed view of the calculation is provided in the vacation sheet.
Activation of the"Holiday duration" app enables automatic calculation of vacations when vacation requests are entered in the application.
This"Holiday duration" app, linked to the "Days not worked" app, enables :
- Automatic calculation of days requested by employees in their vacation requests.
- Holidays and days not worked by the company are taken into account.
When entering"Leave requests" in the"You" tab, the duration of leave is calculated:
- Automatically upon registration of request
- Based on the vacation start and end dates entered
- Including weekends and days not worked
The automatic calculation can be viewed via the"view calculation" link, which details the number of days taken, taking into account weekends and days marked as not worked in the application.
