Discover the mood of the day in your company with the "Company Weather" app!
Whether your teams are remote or not, take the pulse of the company every day. Fine-tune your management based on perceived stress and well-being trend curves. The survey is anonymous.
Once you've installed the app, you'll find a "Corporate Weather" block in the software's shortcut bar.
This block displays mood icons to assess well-being at work.
1. Indicators and values
- Grand Soleil: 2 points
- Overcast sun: 1 point
- Cloud: -1 point
- Storm: -2 points
A simple click on one of these icons allows each employee to inform us of his or her mood every day.
Only one click per day is possible, and the survey is anonymous.
2. Analysis
Via the Analytics app, find the trend for the day, week or month, and mood variations over a period.
To analyze mood, select :
- Subject: Statistics
- Operation: Count (if you want to know the number of voters) or Average (if you want to know the average mood index of the day)
- Period: Day (for a daily count or average)
- Start date: start date of the period to be displayed
- End date: date of the end of the period to be displayed
- Filter: User/Weather (add this filter to call up the "company weather" statistic)
3. Indicators
With the Dashboards app, create your own mood indicators and display them on your dashboards, or share them via a public link.
