Once installed on your account, this app adds :
- Third-party store settings
- A store for each third party on your extranet, with products and prices
- Management and notification of orders placed on the stores
Setting up third-party stores
Go to a contact or a company, then in the "Extranet" block click on "Product catalog". On the page that appears, you can configure :
- Price display: exclusive of tax or inclusive of tax
- Whether or not to display product photos
- The action that triggers cart validation: validation by click or by payment
- The product catalog for this third party (a selection of products)
- The person to notify in the event of a validated basket
Third-party stores can be accessed from their home page in the extranet. A link on the "Product catalog" block leads to the product catalog with a search box. Products can be added and deleted, and the shopping basket can be viewed. Depending on the settings, the basket is validated by a button or a purchase.
Product pricing
If you have installed the "Price list" app, and special prices are available for the third party, they will be displayed in his catalog, and taken into account in his order.
Search by category
If you want product catalogs to be searchable by product category, go to your categories, then modify them to activate the "Display on extranet" checkbox. A menu with the categories checked will then be displayed on the catalogs.
