Track the marketing campaigns your prospects have been involved in

Do you use marketing campaigns and handle large volumes of leads? 

Do you need to be sure that all prospects have been dealt with by telephone or have passed through a campaign? 

With the Lead Circulation app, identify and dispatch your contacts in marketing campaigns

Once you've installed the app, you're presented with a new page featuring a search form for selecting :

  • A date range: the contacts displayed will be those who entered their first campaign between the specified dates.
  • Campaigns through which your prospects have passed
  • Commercial pipelines through which they did not pass

So, for example, you can select your prospects from 2016 who haven't gone through any "cold calling" campaigns.

Once you have made your selection, you can :

  • Check off prospects to place them in selections and then feed them into the campaigns of your choice.
  • Click directly on the campaign of your choice to integrate the prospect.
