Connect your Chorus Pro account to incwo and transfer your invoices to public bodies in just one click, so you can be paid as quickly as possible.

Installing the app enables you to connect your Chorus Pro account to incwo, so you can submit invoices to public authorities and institutions in Chorus Pro.

This connector adds new fields and information:

  • On third-party records: to qualify the type of company as "Public".
  • On invoices: to validate the transfer to Chorus Pro

1. Incwo / Chorus Pro connection

To connect incwo to Chorus Pro, you need a"Technical User" account on Chorus Pro.

Once this account has been created :

  • Connect incwo to Chorus Pro via the EDI and API Connection Area, and associate the incwo TRACK.
  • Enter your bank details on Chorus Pro and incwo, to enable your invoice to be processed and paid by the relevant administration.
  • Configure your Chorus Pro technical account management data in incwo

To finalize your connection and configure Chorus Pro at incwo, go to the"Settings" tab of the app, and record the following information:

  • The technical user's e-mail address
  • Technical user password
  • The siret of the structure to be connected via the drop-down menu
  • The structure's service code registered on Chorus Pro

This detailed guide to connecting to Chorus Pro will take you through all the steps involved in setting up Chorus Pro and incwo.

2. Invoice transmission to Chorus Pro

To define that a company in your customer database is eligible for payment via Chorus Pro, new fields are available in the "Company" file.

Go to the Company file and enter :

  • Type of company: private or public (Company file parameters field)
  • The establishment's Siret and service code: this information must be entered in the address field to enable elements to be customized according to the address of the establishment being billed.

The "Public" qualifier is used to define that invoices from this public establishment can be submitted to Chorus Pro.
Once determined as a "Public Structure", all invoices from this "Public" third party display a new frame to automatically transmit the invoice to Chorus Pro.

Only invoices that have been "sent" (i.e. "ready to send" or "sent to customer"), i.e. "validated", with a definitive date and numbering, can be submitted to Chorus Pro.

When an invoice has been validated, the Chorus Pro frame used to deposit the invoice shows :

  • Recipient's Siret
  • Recipient's service code (if required)
  • Your preferred method of payment

Click on the "Submit invoice" button in the frame to send the invoice to Chorus Pro.

Once the invoice has been sent, this frame allows you to monitor the status of the invoice as defined by Chorus Pro

The Chorus Pro administration console shows you that the invoice has been submitted (in Invoices Issued).

3. Billing token rates

To use the function, you must have tokens.

When you install the app, you benefit from an initial balance of 50 tokens.
Each invoice transmission to Chorus Pro consumes 1 token.

Via the app's home page, you can subscribe to token packs:

  • 0.5 €ht /sending, for 200 tokens, i.e. 100.00 €HT per pack
