Would you like to print the unit and total price, including VAT, for each product line on your quotes and invoices?
With the Estimates and Invoices with VAT app, you can show prices including VAT on your commercial documents.
On the PDF of your quotations and invoices, each line of invoiced products is expressed as a value including VAT for the unit price and the total amount of the item.
By activating this app, you can choose whether your quotes and invoices are displayed before or after tax.
In the parameters of your estimate or invoice, a new field is added to the"printing" zone, enabling you to display the"amount excl. or incl. VAT".
By checking the"Show prices incl. VAT" box, the columns dedicated to prices, expressed by default as exclusive of VAT, are converted into columns of data incl. VAT on your PDF.
The app enables you to print quotes and invoices, displaying for each invoiced product line :
- Unit price including VAT
- Total price including VAT
