Do you need to include additional costs for a customer sale in your margin?
With the "Additional costs on quotations and invoices" app, add cost components to your overall margin calculation, for each of your sales documents!
Create cost categories, and specify these costs in a customer sale, to measure their weighting in the construction of your margin. Find the details in the margin tracker.
Installing the "Additional costs on estimate-invoices" App lets you :
- Create your own additional cost categories
- Display in the "Miscellaneous" block of sales documents the "Additional costs" lines that generally impact a sale.
- Indicate the additional cost in euros for the sale
- Obtain a margin calculation that takes these additional costs into account
To define your additional cost categories, go to the App's "Home" page.
On this page, add as many categories as you like.
- Give your category a name
- Register
Activating the "Additional costs on quotes and invoices" app, adds as many new fields as the type of additional cost in the "Miscellaneous" block of your sales documents (quotes and invoices).
- Enter the additional cost in euros
- Click on "save and recalculate" to obtain your updated margin.
