Would you like to have your prospects and customers sign sales documents from a touch screen? Without leaving your incwo web application?
With the "On-screen signature" app, sign quotations, orders, BLs or invoices, directly on your computer's web page or from a touch-sensitive tablet!
The signature will then be added to the PDF of the sales document you edit.
Once you've installed the app, go to the app's "Settings" tab to define the business pieces you'd like to sign from your touchscreen computer or tablet.
For each commercial document, you have a "Sign" button in the shortcut block.
Clicking on this link opens a new window on your screen, for :
- Signing with mouse or finger
- Validate signature
- Save signature
The registered signature is then :
- Filed in the "file" tab of the commercial document
- Displayed on the PDF of the commercial part
