Activating the"Trilinear address" app adds an extra line of input to the "address" block of the :
- Contact sheets
- Company files
- Sales documents: quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders
Any address entered on 3 lines for a contact or company is automatically included on 3 lines in the sales documents generated (quotations, invoices) to which the customer is attached.
Similarly, if you enter an invoice directly for a new customer, the address of the contact or company concerned will automatically be added to the customer's file.
To add a third line of address to an existing contact/company, go to the "Postal Address" block of its file. Click on "Edit". On the 3rd line, complete the address and validate. It will then be automatically taken into account on your next quotations and invoices.
