The"Multilingual documents" app lets you choose the language in which your quotes and invoices are printed.
A new print format setting is added, allowing you to designate the document language to be used for e-mailing or PDF printing.
Activating the app adds a language selection option to the print settings for your quotes and invoices.
By selecting "English" or "Spanish", your documents will automatically be :
- Printed in the language selected when generating the PDF
- Sent in the selected language, when using the mail function
