With the"Invoices to delivery notes" app, create delivery notes from your invoices in just one click!
If your sales process requires you to issue invoices directly to your customers, and you manage delivery at a later stage, then this is the app for you!
By activating the app, you can transform an invoice marked "sent to customer" into a delivery note.
When the invoice status is"sent to customer", you have a link to "BL this invoice" in the invoice shortcut block.
- Click on this link "make a BL of this invoice".
- Indicate quantities delivered per item
- Save to generate delivery note
This action only creates the delivery note: no stock movement is carried out via this document transformation.
Stock removals must be indicated on the delivery note when the goods are delivered, by clicking on the "Remove from stock" link.
