Issue order picking or shipment preparation slips

Do you need a document to help your logistics teams prepare your customer orders?

With the "Preparation Vouchers" app, edit preparation vouchers for your merchandise shipments! 

Send an order preparation form to your warehousemen. This document lists the products, without price, to be prepared for picking and dispatch of the complete order to your customer.

Activation of the app adds a new "Preparation orders" menu in the "Sales" tab of the application, to enable you to manage your shipment preparations. 

1. Creating customer order picking slips

To create, print and send a preparation slip, go to the "Preparation slips" module in the "Sales" tab.

Click on "+ Voucher" to enter your first voucher.

The application lets you quickly compose and edit your preparation order using data already stored on your Virtual Office:

  • Your products in the catalog
  • Your company details
  • The contact details of your customers/prospects, in your sales contacts

Repair orders are automatically numbered and dated.

The creation of a preparation order, like that of a quotation, invoice, purchase order or delivery note, takes place in two stages: 

  • First enter the characteristics of your sales document and your contact details, then validate.
  • Then enter the list of products and quantities.

2. Order picking slips in the sales administration chain

An order preparation slip can : 

  • To be created from order confirmations: The voucher includes the contents of the order confirmation, but without the prices.
  • Be transformed into a delivery note: the note transfers the products and quantities to the BL, without the price.

One or more delivery notes can be generated from an order picking slip. 

3. Repair order status.

To track your repair order through to delivery, specific part statuses are available:

  • in writing,
  • to prepare,
  • ready,
  • shipped
  • completed 

4. Shipment date 

In the header of a shipment preparation, the app allows you to indicate a provisional shipment date.
This date field is checked to ensure that no date earlier than the current date can be selected.
