Install this app and it will automate the operation for you
Once the app is installed, you can access it in several ways:
- From the home page
- Use the "New Job" link to select documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, etc.
Prepare the shipment
To proceed with the shipment you must choose :
- The selection of documents to be sent (it will be preselected if you have clicked on "New Job" from a selection).
- A document template: this is optional, and if you choose this, the email sent to third parties will contain the text of the chosen document template.
Notify a colleague
Would you like to notify a colleague when a mailing has been sent? Choose his or her name and compose a message, and he or she will receive it by e-mail once the sending operation has been completed.
Track results
Errors can occur during the sending process, with emails missing, etc. To find out how the sending went, the app creates two selections:
- Items processed: selection of sales documents sent out
- Items with errors: selection containing commercial documents that could not be sent.
