Find your margin automatically on your sales documents, and access a new margin analysis dashboard to manage and track your sales efficiency !
Activating the" Invoicedmarginanalysis" app adds the following new elements to your application:
- In the"Total" block of your invoices or quotations , add a new line of information:"Calculated margin excluding VAT". This line automatically displays the invoice margin value and the margin rate.
- In the"Stat" block of your invoice, add a margin line in value and percentage.
- In the dashboards, a new table is displayed formargin analysis. This table enables you to analyze margin by month and by year, in value, by customer, by business, by project, or by sales rep.
To analyze the margin on invoiced items, you must have indicated the cost of each product and service in your catalog.
The margin is calculated :
- From product costs for lines with products
- From your hourly costs for lines with hourly costs
- From your expense reports for rebilling lines
To consult the margin on an invoice, simply go to your invoice and consult the"Calculated margin excl. VAT" line in the"Total" block, or the"Margin" line in the"Stat" block.
To analyze your margin, over a month or a year, and see its evolution, go to yourMargin Analysis dashboard. Select the ranking criteria you want and the period, then click on "view" to display the results.
