With the "Best-selling products report" app, export the list of your best-selling products by period, whether you have 50 or 5,000 products.
Get a detailed analysis of product quantities sold from date to date, in an excel file.
Installing the app gives you access to a new calculation in the background.
1. Definition of content to be exported
Go to the app's home page and select :
- The start date of the period analyzed
- The end date of the period analyzed
- Data export execution date: Immediately, in 1h, in 6h, overnight, tomorrow.
- The name of the user to be notified: a message will be sent when the operation is complete
Add an accompanying message for the user who will receive the end-of-operation email.
The report is processed via a Job, i.e. it is deferred, in the background, to enable the compilation of calculations of products sold over the period, whatever your quantities. The Excel report is sent to you as soon as the operation is complete.
2. Receive exported content
The report is sent by e-mail, and archived on the application. It allows you to consult the company's product sales.
This report is a document based on invoiced product lines, i.e. all items represented by tickets, invoices and credit notes. Credit notes are considered to be returned goods. The quantities of these products are therefore deducted from the item line.
The document contains :
- A list of all products sold during the period, identified by : product ID, reference and name
- Sales quantities for each product
