1. Apps and additional settings
To monitor the workload, three additional apps are required:
- Production orders, with "scheduled date: yes" setting
- Scheduling
- Product preparation time
Based on the planned production date defined on production orders, production scheduling (i.e. the assignment of the production of a product or service to a member of staff) and the known production time of a product unit, the application calculates a workload plan for each member of staff over a given period.
The workload is defined as the sum of the times assigned by scheduling (product preparation time) over the period. This takes into account days not worked, vacations and public holidays.
2. Time scale displayed in the analysis table
Depending on the period selected for data analysis, the analysis table displays the following view:
- days = 4 weeks
- weeks = 2 months
- month = 1 year
The time is calculated from the load in the scheduling according to the production dates of the production orders assigned to the users.
